Hi, I'm Jason Dmitrieff. I have spent almost two decades restoring, refitting, building, maintaining and operating boats. I have been involved with several canvas operations throughout my career. I have owned and lived aboard several sailboats, both here in Maine and in the beautiful Virgin Islands.

I established JD Canvas in 2010 to provide custom canvas and upholstery solutions for the Midcoast Maine area and beyond.

I now live in Whitefield, Maine. My canvas shop is located adjacent to my house and is well-equipped with a sewing space, an area dedicated to wood working, frame-bending, etc., and two bays for boats or cars.
